We want to make shopping at The Paperie as easy as possible and we want you to be delighted with everything you buy.You can return any item you order from The Paperie in its original condition within 21 days of the date you receive your order. We will refund you or exchange the item.

If your item is not faulty it must be returned 'as new' for a full refund to be made. If the item is in 'as new' condition, you will receive a refund for all item charges including any delivery charges you have paid.

We are unable to accept items for return once they have been used - so if you're not sure about that Moleskine think twice before you start writing in it!
