If you are unhappy with an item you order from us, you are entitled to a refund or exchange under the terms of our policy laid out below. Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

We want to make shopping at The Paperie as easy as possible. You can return any item you order from The Paperie unopened and in its original condition within 7 days of the date you receive your order. We will refund you or exchange the item as required. Customised products may only be returned if faulty.
If your item is not faulty it must be returned 'as new' with all packaging intact for a full refund to be made. If the item is in 'as new' condition, you will receive a refund for all item charges including any delivery charges you have paid. We are unable to accept items for return once they have been opened or used.
Returning an item
To return an item please package it carefully, pay the postage costs and fill out the returns form on the delivery note you received with the order. Items are your responsibility until received by us so we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. If a return is the result of our mistake we will also refund your return postage charges.
Once we have received and processed your return we will issue a full refund or an exchange for your original order value. We do not refund postage charges incurred in returning your item unless you are returning the item because we sent you an item incorrectly. We will email you to confirm your return details once we have received it.
If you don't have your original invoice to hand please write your order number and email address clearly on a separate piece of paper and include this with your return so that we can trace your original order.
